How do I participate in the HOSA Canada Leadership Certificate Program?

Students are not required to officially “enroll” in HOSA Canada’s Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) in order to be eligible. However, students must complete this form within 24 hours of the seminar that they attended in order for their participation to be counted towards the LCP. Only students who have attended the live seminar and filled out the LCP form will have their participation counted towards the LCP.
