Can I request a refund?

HOSA Canada offers full refunds (less a $10 credit card fee) for the registration fee as long as you submit a request prior to the refund deadlines.

If you paid prior to the FLC registration deadline (October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET), you CANNOT request a refund AFTER this date.

If you paid after October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, you have until January 21, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET to request a refund.

Please note that if you attended two or more virtual seminars, you are ineligible to receive a refund, regardless of when you paid.
