I haven't received my Google Classroom resources, what should I do?

Please allow up to seven business days for your account information to be emailed before sending inquiries.

After the seven business days, please check your spam folder if you do not see the invitation in your primary inbox.

If you still did not receive it:

  1. Go to Google Classroom and sign in with the personal Gmail you registered with.
  2. At the top left, click on menu or the three horizontal lines.
  3. Scroll down and go to Settings.
  4. Turn on "Allow email notifications" under the Notifications heading.

Once these steps are done, email us at info@hosacanada.org asking for the Google Classroom invite to be resent to you. In this email, please provide your name, email, school, and event. If you registered independently, please also include your order number.
