How do I change my event or personal information?

Upon logging in at https://app.hosacanada.org/sign-in, you can change your competitive event by navigating to the Competitive Event tab in the sidebar, clicking Change event, selecting the event you would like to change to, and clicking Save event. If you switch to a team event, you must complete the team registration process again before the deadline, as changing your event removes you from your current team and notifies your teammates. To change your name, submit a name change request from your Account page after logging in on app.hosacanada.org. Under Profile, click Request a name change. An administrative team member will then review your request. Your name is your legal name and appears on your membership.

Please note the deadline to change any event or personal information for FLC 2026 is October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The deadline to change any event or personal information for SLC 2027 is January 21, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. After these dates, you will no longer be able to change your event.
