When are the conferences taking place?
The 2026 Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) will be held entirely online from November 15–22, 2026. FLC is an opportunity for you to showcase your preparation and see where you rank amongst your peers. It is not a qualifier conference, so if you choose not to compete, you can still participate in the Spring Leadership Conference (SLC). However, there is no reduced conference fee if you choose not to participate in FLC.
The 2027 Spring Leadership Conference (SLC) is HOSA Canada’s premier competitive conference, where eligible competitors compete for the opportunity to qualify for the International Leadership Conference (ILC). In 2027, HOSA Canada will offer two conference formats:
- In-Person SLC: Held March 1–3, 2027 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (North Building) in downtown Toronto. This conference is open to secondary (high school) students only, with the top three competitors or teams in each eligible event qualifying for ILC.
- Virtual Spring Leadership Conference (vSLC): Held online from March 1–7, 2027. The virtual conference offers HOSA Canada Competitive Events for post-secondary students, as well as NGL/Cengage Allied Testing Center (ATC) exams for both secondary and post-secondary students. The top three competitors or teams in each eligible competitive event and ATC exam qualify for ILC.
