Can I request a refund?

HOSA Canada offers full refunds for the membership and events fee, as long as you submit a request prior to the refund deadlines.

Students who paid before the FLC registration deadline cannot request a refund (membership and events) after the FLC registration deadline (November 10, 2023 at 11:59 pm).

Students who paid after the FLC registration deadline cannot request a refund (membership and events) after the SLC registration deadline (March 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm).

For Chapters: If you have already submitted your chapter registration spreadsheet, the chapter president/advisor must send us an email to ask for a refund for a student, as long as you meet the deadlines above.

For Individuals: Please send us an email at info@hosacanada.org to request a refund, as long as you meet the deadlines above. In your email, please include your full name, school, and order number.
